I want to organize a competition for my guild and I need help

Hy everyone,

I would like to organize a competition for my lvl 8-20 guild mates and I need some help from somebody who did something like this before.

I would like to organize a competition for my lvl 8-20 guild mates and I want it to be something like this:
- who trains +10 charisma points in 1 month earns 50k, but I don't how to give them the gold and not be banned.
- I want the competition to be available for both centurion/non-centurion players.
- I don't know yet how am I going to be able to find out who did and who did not train +10 charisma at the end of the competition.

I think this is everything... If there is somebody who can help me to make this idea better PLEASE do so...
Or if somebody has a similar idea of a competition please tell me about it.

1) Check their profile daily and write down the current stats then compare with the end-stat to see the differences.

2) Buy items from the winner, make sure the price is only 3 times of the item's real value.

3) Ask who is centurion, who isn't centurion, Write down their name in a document, and keep track of that.

It's very easy if you don't mind spending time on that and work seriously. Making a competition like that is a piece of cake.
